WHO IS ANDREAS: Andreas is a Greek composer of contemporary instrumental music living in the city of Thessaloniki, Greece where he was born on 18 October 1971. Combining synthesizers and acoustic instruments he creates melodic and emotional pieces that describe his life experiences and emotions, aiming to the hearts of his audience. His songs follow the classic structure of pop songs, offering a broad variety of styles. Dance, epic classical, solo piano, latin, 7/8 rhythms, new age/ambient, pop ballads, these are all part of Andreas music vocabulary. The signature style of Andreas is influenced from his favourite composers Yanni, Vangelis and Jean Michel Jarre.

MUSIC STUDIES: Andreas has a degree in Music Harmony from the Macedonian Conservatory of Thessaloniki and the Yamaha Electone Method degree from the Yamaha Music Foundation, while he continues his piano studies that started in 1991. Since 2004 he teaches Music Theory in two leading conservatories of Thessaloniki.

UNIVERSITY STUDIES: Andreas has a degree in Physics as well as an MSc in Environmental Physics (specializing in Atmospheric Pollution and Ozone Depletion), both received from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Since 2003 he teaches Windows and Office programs in public schools of Thessaloniki and this year he teaches the Environment at Thessaloniki’s Second Chance School (a special public school for adults without a high school degree)
